  • 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed and sliced in half
  • 2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash the creamer potatoes, cut them in half, and add them to a sealable gallon-sized baggie.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the baggie. Seal the baggie and shake it to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. In a large frying pan, add the sausage and water and cook over medium-high heat until the sausages are browned and most of the water has evaporated.
  5. Remove the sausage from the pan and let it cool. Once cool enough, add it to the baggie with the potatoes.
  6. In the same frying pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent. Allow them to cool for a few minutes and then add them to the baggie with the potatoes and sausage. Shake the baggie to mix everything together.
  7. Finally, add the drained green beans to the baggie, shake to mix, and then empty the contents into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  9. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious one-pan meal!
