To celebrate this accomplishment, I have a very easy yet awesome dessert recipe. This recipe was a star at a potluck party held recently. This Pineapple dessert was made by a friend, Divya Santhosh. There were lots of yummy and spicy dishes that evening. And, this dessert was the perfect ending to all that deliciousness.

The Ingredients You’ll Need

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this sweet treat:

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple (20 oz)
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Let’s Get Started

  1. Start by draining the crushed pineapple, but make sure to reserve the juice. Set the pineapple aside for later.
  2. In a bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and the cold milk. Whisk it together until the pudding mix is fully dissolved and starts to thicken.
  3. Once the pudding has thickened, add in the crushed pineapple and whipped topping. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  5. Now it’s time to assemble our dessert. Take a serving dish or individual dessert cups and layer the graham cracker mixture on the bottom. Press it down gently to create a firm crust.
  6. Next, pour the pineapple and pudding mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Finally, sprinkle some additional graham cracker crumbs on top for added crunch and decoration.
  8. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour to allow it to set and chill.

Time to Indulge

Once the dessert has chilled, it’s time to dig in and enjoy! The sweet and tangy pineapple pairs perfectly with the creamy pudding. And the buttery graham cracker crust adds a delightful crunch to every bite.

So why not treat yourself and your loved ones to this easy pineapple dessert? It’s a crowd-pleaser that’s sure to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.
