Ingredients:

  • To make the brownie:

° Dark chocolate (140 g)

70 grams of butter

° 2 medium eggs

100 grams of sugar

80 grams of flour

1 teaspoon salt

50 grams pecans

Regarding the cookie:

100 grams soft butter

120 g sugar from cane

1 medium egg

170 grams of flour

° 1 tsp baking powder (or baking powder)

100 g chocolate chips (crushed chocolate)

1 teaspoon salt

  • Get Ready:

To create the brownie, follow these steps:

Melt the chocolate and butter, chopped into small pieces, in a glass or stainless steel bowl over a double boiler.
In a separate dish, mix together the eggs and sugar. Incorporate the flour, salt, and chocolate-melted butter mixture.
Incorporate the coarsely chopped pecans.
Pour the mixture into a 20 x 20 cm square pan lined with baking paper.

Regarding the cookie:

In a mixing dish, blend the softened butter and sugar until well combined.
Whisk in the egg well.
Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
You will get a ball of dough that will not spread on the brownie dough. Make little clumps of dough and place them in the mold. The cookie dough will stretch out and cover the whole surface of the brownie as it bakes.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
