Peach Pretzel Jello Salad is a delectable jello salad with sugar cinnamon pretzels, a sweet cream cheese center, with jello and juicy peaches on top.
Ingredients:
2 pretzel cups
1 pound unsalted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 peach cans
2 c. water
8 oz. of frozen whipped topping
8 ounces cream cheese
6 oz. box peach jello
1 pound sugar
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400oF and coat a 13×9 baking dish with nonstick spray. Combine pretzels, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium mixing basin. Mix in the melted butter completely. Place pretzel mixture in baking dish and press into an equal layer. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then remove and put aside to cool.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing dish, then slowly stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set, after spreading mixture over cooled crust. In a large mixing basin, combine the jello packet with the boiling water and thoroughly stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool till room temperature. Top the cake’s cream cheese layer with peach slices, then carefully pour gelatin over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until set. Serve cold.
