INGREDIENTS

4 oz. pineapple juice
A big scoop of vanilla ice cream (about 3/4 cup)
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
Sugar is optional, although it improves flavor: 2 teaspoons
A squeeze of lemon juice
a dash of salt
INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by putting all of the items into your blender in the order listed above.
Blend until the mixture is silky and smooth. This could take around 3 minutes. To ensure an equal mix, push the pineapple chunks down every now and then.
The mixed mixture can be served straight in dessert cups. However, for a more realistic experience, complete these steps:
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a 1M “star” tip with the mixture. This step is critical for recreating the traditional Dole Whip swirl that we all love.
Swirl the ingredients into your favorite glasses with ease.
Consider chilling the final product for an extra 20 minutes to increase firmness and keep the swirl’s shape.
