INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef, lean
12 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon salt
12 tsp onion powder
12 tsp garlic powder
1 pound cleaned and halved young red potatoes
3 sliced or chopped carrots
12 sliced white onion 2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 cup finely chopped Colby Jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

4 huge sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil should be cut.
Stir together the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a medium bowl.
Form the meat into four equal-sized cutlets and arrange them. The center of the slide
