INGREDIENTS

16 oz. refried beans
1 pound ground beef
2 teaspoons milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup soured cream
2 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 cup prepared guacamole
1 a quarter cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the salsa in a sieve to drain any excess liquid (this will keep the dip from becoming runny).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain any excess fat, and stir in the taco seasoning.
In the bottom of a 913 pan, spread the refried beans. Then, add the taco meat.
Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Dollop and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the refried beans.
Spread the guacamole over the cream cheese mixture and top with the cut green onions. Then top with the drained salsa.
Then top with the cheese and olives.
1 hour before serving, chill. With tortilla chips, serve.
ENJOY!
