Weight Watchers Beef Bourguignon Cookeo

Ingredients for four guests:

700 g ground beef, sliced into pieces
600 grams carrots

Red wine, 250 mL
150 milliliters of water

1 onion 1 tablespoon olive oil

10 tiny onions soaked in vinegar

button mushrooms 400 g
1 garni bouquet

1 teaspoon dried garlic

2 tablespoons cornstarch
seasoned with salt & pepper

Mode Browning

Brown the onions and beef in the oil in the basin.

Mix in the carrots, mushrooms, and bouquet garni.

Add the red wine and water.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

35 minutes for quick cooking or pressure cooking
Return to browning mode once the cooking is finished. Mix in the cornstarch until the sauce thickens.
