Composition of the dough
1 cup plain yogurt
12 container oil 3 jars flour
2 sugar canisters
150 grams dark chocolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
In order to make the dark chocolate glaze
150 grams dark chocolate
50g of butter
Preparation
How do you make a really moist yogurt and chocolate cake?
Turn on the oven and heat it to 200 degrees.
Allow the chocolate to cool after melting it in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Clean it before adding the other components.
Add these to the bowl and thoroughly combine to get a homogeneous paste.
Then stir in the chocolate. Mix once more.
Butter a mold generously and pour the batter into it. Bake for 30 minutes.
Melt the two components for the glaze while the cake is baking.
Allow to cool after thoroughly mixing.
Remove the cake from the oven and spread the chocolate frosting on top.
The ultra-soft yogurt and chocolate cake has finished baking.
