5 Minute No-Knead Easy Bread is a quick and easy recipe for homemade bread. Without a bread machine or kneading the dough, you can make rustic bread that’s crispy on the top and soft on the inside with just a few basic ingredients.

Ingredients
400g of flour
300 mL warm water
2 g dried brewer’s yeast
a half teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add lukewarm water gradually. Combine thoroughly.
Wrap with cling film and set aside for 15 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and use a moist spatula to combine the dough.
Cover with cling film again and place in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours. Take off the cling film.
Sprinkle some flour on a big board, then remove the dough from the bowl and shape it into a rectangle.
Fold the top end down and the bottom edge up, as if it were a letter.
Using your fingers, press into the dough. Form a square by folding the right end towards the center and the left end towards the center.
Raise the board, add additional flour, and repeat the process once more.
Place a tea towel in a bowl, sprinkle with flour, and add the dough.
Allow it to sit for 90 minutes, covered. Preheat an ovenproof pot or pan to 230°C (446°F).
Pour the batter into the pot, cover, and simmer at 230°C (446°F) for 30 minutes.
Cook for another 20 minutes at 220°C (428°F) with the cover removed.
