A sophisticated and tasty apple cake for the entire family! for a wonderful snack that’s fun to enjoy all year.

Ingredients
three apples
4 eggs
200g of flour and 200g of sugar
8g baking powder 30g butter
a grain of salt
Jam (apricot, mandarin, peach, and so on)
Preparation
Combine the flour and baking powder. Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a mixing basin. When the mixture is foamy, add a pinch of salt, then the sifted flour, followed by the melted butter, and beat again.
When the dough is uniform, add half of the apple cubes and knead thoroughly.
If you prefer a soft cake, add extra apple to the sponge cake.
Fill a buttered mold halfway with the mixture. The mold used is 22 cm in diameter. The baking time may vary if you use a larger pan.
Cut the remaining apples into strips and arrange them on top of the cake to cover it completely. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
