Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce – A quick and easy baked crab dish with garlic, butter, lemon, and creole sauce. You may now enjoy a gourmet dessert at home without spending a fortune.

Crab legs baked in the oven

Let me welcome one of my favorite restaurant-order items this February: crab legs! Bring it home this time for a lovely Valentine’s Day feast. You will be shocked at how simple it is to prepare – even inexperienced chefs can accomplish it. Simply combine it with one of our steak recipes (or the one suggested below), some wine, and dessert, and you’re set for a fancy dinner date at home.

Before you go to the nearest grocery store, let’s discuss which store to buy from and why. First and foremost, I’m using the famed King Crab Legs today. Snow crab legs (with softer and softer shells) and king crab legs (thicker and spiky legs) are the two most popular types of crab legs offered in the United States.

Snow crab legs are sold in groupings of smaller numerous legs. King Crab, on the other hand, has much larger legs that are sold separately. Although they are more expensive than snowy crab legs, I like them because they are meaty, sweet, and juicy. Every dime was well spent!

  • Composition:

500g crab legs.

° 1/2 cup melted butter.

2 teaspoons Creole seasoning.

° 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.

1 teaspoon lemon juice.

° 2 teaspoons minced garlic.

° Serve with lemon wedges.

  • Guidelines:

I set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

I divided the crab legs in half and placed them on a baking sheet.

In a small mixing dish, combine the garlic, melted butter, and creole spice. Then I squeezed in some lemon juice.

I used this sauce to clean the crab legs and roasted them until they were warm.

To claim first place:

I garnished it with chopped parsley and served it with leftover butter sauce and lemon wedges.

Enjoy!
