It’s delicious, low in cholesterol, simple to prepare, and diet friendly. Ideal for a family event or if you have children. There is relatively little work. Ingredients:

three to four chicken breasts
1 taco seasoning packet
1 tsp Ranch seasoning blend
2 cups chicken broth in addition to shredded lettuce
salsa or pico of gallo
the sour cream
taco wraps

In the Crock Pot, combine the chicken, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Cook for 4-6 hours on low heat. With a fork, shred the chicken and allow it soak up the broth. Serve in taco shells with lettuce, tomato/salsa, and sour cream on the side.

This recipe is a sure winner; you can also make it with mashed potatoes; it’s easy to create and just takes 5 minutes; no one can say no to that.

What about frozen poultry?

Sure! I used it several times. Simply cook the chicken for a longer period of time. As the frozen chicken cooks, it will release more liquid.
