Spaghetti with cream cheese. Wow! Cream cheese is one of my favorite cooking ingredients. It adds a lot of flavor to whatever food you cook. This recipe is quite simple to prepare, and the addition of green peppers, carrots, onions, and spices gives it an added boost.

I think the most difficult element of this dish was combining the noodles and cream cheese. Here are a couple of pointers. Before you begin mixing the noodles, make sure they are extremely warm and the cream cheese is at room temperature. Cutting the cream cheese into cubes or even smaller bits will also help.

Ingredients: 12 ounces spaghetti
1 jar (26 oz) premade spaghetti sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 minced garlic clove
1 (8-oz) container room temperature cream cheese
12 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350oF.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked thoroughly; drain fat and pour in the spaghetti sauce. Place aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Place cooked spaghetti in a bowl and drain. Mix in the cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the spaghetti is well coated.
Grease a 913′′ pan lightly. In the bottom of the dish, spread a tiny amount of meat sauce. Place the spaghetti on top of the sauce, then cover with the leftover meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling. Less is more.
