What exactly is a Crunchwrap Supreme?
Taco Bell keeps their Crunchwrap Supreme simple, and we do as well: our version includes seasoned ground beef laced with nacho cheese, as well as lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, all wrapped and griddled in a flour tortilla. Don’t forget about the crispy tostada shell–it’s not a Crunchwrap without it!

  • 12 flour tortillas “burrito size” – 6 corn tortillas – 1 pound of beef – 1 package taco seasoning of your choosing
  • 1 jar taco cheese (located in the same aisle as Mexican foods/chips)
  • 1 sour cream container
  • 3-4 tomatoes (size dependent)
  • 1 bag/head iceberg lettuce **Please keep in mind that the quantities and proportions for filling crunch wraps are estimations; you should vary the filling amounts to suit your own tastes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut a circle of the same size from 6 flour tortillas using one corn tortilla. Set aside the 6 cut out flour tortillas. (If preferred, save the remaining 6 flour tortillas for creating homemade tortilla chips.) Spread out 6 corn tortillas on a baking sheet and bake until crispy (my took about 7 minutes – I would start with 5 minutes and then check every 2-3 minutes until done to your preference). Set the oven to “warm”.
