1 egg Ingredients:
a grain of salt
50 grams of sugar
ten grams vanilla sugar
20 grams of flour
corn starch (20 g)
500 mL milk
60 grams of butter
300 g dried chocolate cookies
Milk chocolate 180 g
90 g heavy cream
90 g peanuts, chopped

Preparation:

Combine the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, and starch in a pot. Stir until all of the ingredients are properly combined.
Slowly drizzle in the milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Allow the butter to melt after it has been sliced into bits.
Arrange the biscuits in a pyrophile forming a compact layer and then cover with the cream. Form other layers in the same way.
Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.
Mix in the peanuts.
Coat the cake with this mixture.
Set in the fridge before serving.
