INGREDIENTS:
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour; 20 g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch; 40 g (3 tablespoons) butter; 50 g (58 cup) sugar; 1 egg; 7 g (1 teaspoon) salt; 7 g (1 12 teaspoon) dry yeast; 150 ml (23 cup) hot milk; 40 ml (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil; Melted butter, sesame seeds.

METHOD:

Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
Melt the butter and stir it in. Incorporate the milk, oil, egg, and sugar into the flour mixture. Knead the dough until it is smooth.
Set aside the dough for 1 hour.
Roll the dough into balls after cutting it into pieces. Make a disc out of each ball and cover half with melted butter and sesame seeds.
Roll out the dough discs, overlapping them, and set aside for 1 hour to rise.
Brush with egg yolk and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
