INGREDIENTS:
four egg yolks
four egg whites
three tablespoons sugar
400g plain Greek yogurt 10%
4 teaspoon cornstarch
a half teaspoon baking powder
40g dark chocolate chips

METHOD: In a mixing basin, combine the egg yolks, sugar, baking powder, and cornstarch, then stir in the yogurt.
In a separate dish, whisk the egg whites, then fold them into the egg yolk mixture along with the chocolate chunks.
Cook for 1 hour at 170°C.
