INGREDIENTS

3 lemons, divided

1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning + a little extra for garnish

8 crushed garlic cloves

1 peeled and sliced onion into 6 pieces

1 pound halved tiny Yukon gold potatoes

4 ears corn (cut into 3-4 inch chunks)

three lobster tails

1 pound scrubbed clams

1 pound pre-cooked crab legs

1 pound smoked sausage sliced into 1 inch chunks, preferably kielbasa or andouille

1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp (tails left on)

3 teaspoons melted butter

2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut two lemons into quarters. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges and set aside for garnish.

14-16 cups of water should be added to a big pot. Add the two quartered lemons, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and onion to the water. Bring the water to a boil.

Cook for 8 minutes after adding the potatoes to the pot.

Cook for 5 minutes after adding the lobster tails.

Cook for 5 minutes after adding the clams, crab, and corn.

Cook for 2-3 minutes after adding the shrimp and sausage.

Reserve 1 cup of the broth after draining the seafood combination.

In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood and vegetables.

Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired. Serve immediately with more Old Bay seasoning to taste.
