INGREDIENTS

Biscuits (350g)

15g granulated sugar

30 grams cocoa powder

80g melted butter

160ml of milk

Milk chocolate 140g

chocolate streusel

METHOD

  1. Place the cookies in the food processor and pulse to combine. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the mixing bowl. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Combine the melted butter and milk in a mixing bowl with a spatula. When the mixture begins to come together, knead it with your hands to make it more compact.
  3. Shape the dough into a loaf and wrap it in parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  4. When the timer goes off, unwrap it and cut it into pieces.
  5. Melt the chocolate and dip the top of each cookie in it. Transfer to a platter and top with chocolate chips to serve.
