INGREDIENTS
Biscuits (350g)
15g granulated sugar
30 grams cocoa powder
80g melted butter
160ml of milk
Milk chocolate 140g
chocolate streusel
METHOD
- Place the cookies in the food processor and pulse to combine. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the mixing bowl. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Combine the melted butter and milk in a mixing bowl with a spatula. When the mixture begins to come together, knead it with your hands to make it more compact.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and wrap it in parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- When the timer goes off, unwrap it and cut it into pieces.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the top of each cookie in it. Transfer to a platter and top with chocolate chips to serve.
