When I have an abundance of tomatoes, this is the first recipe I turn to. It’s similar to Stuffed Peppers, except the tomatoes remain cool and fresh–no baking required. Each one is filled with spiced ground beef, browned onions, a bit of rice, and the insides of the hollowed-out tomatoes for a quick, inexpensive dinner that everyone enjoys.
Simple and straightforward! My entire family adores this recipe. I’d make this every day if it were for them! Give it a try; you’ll enjoy it!You’ll need the following items to make this recipe:
•4-6 medium-sized tomatoes
