You will require the following items:
1 pound lean meat (at least 80%) ground beef
1 medium onion
1 cup (chopped)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup BisquickTM Original Mix
1 quart milk
2 eggs
Make it as follows:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Mix in the salt. Spread evenly in a pie plate. Garnish with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a fork or wire whisk until combined. Fill a pie plate halfway with the mixture.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
