My mother described it as flavorful, juicy, and, best of all, uncomplicated to prepare! She also prepared our roasted garlic and Parmesan asparagus! Excellent work, Mom; I can’t wait to try it myself!!!:)

4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 cup mayonnaise (for a healthier alternative, substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayo)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (for a healthier alternative, substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayo)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:

Combine the mayonnaise (or yogurt if using), cheese, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
Spread the mixture over the tops of the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve hot!
