Tender and flavorful pork chops smothered in a creamy spinach mushroom sauce.

Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pork Chops

I prepared this delicious and unique dish for dinner tonight, and it was a big hit! It’s a delightful change from plain fried chops. My husband absolutely loved it, and I couldn’t get enough of it either. So yummy! We’ve already decided to add onions next time we make it. It was that good. We now have a new dish in our repertoire to impress our guests. I will definitely be making this again. The only addition we made was sprinkling Parmesan on top at the end.
