Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup romano cheese, thickly grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice the loaf of Italian bread in half lengthwise, creating two long halves.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, mix the two types of cheese.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
