Preparation time: 40 minutes 16-20, depending on slice/piece size

INGREDIENTS
8 tbsp unsweetened butter
12 cup of milk
12 cup white granulated sugar
12 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
a tsp vanilla extract
12 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 cups granulated sugar

PREPARATION
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, milk, salt, brown and white sugars. Bring to a boil and continue to whisk for 6 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow it cool for a few minutes before adding the vanilla, cocoa powder, and confectioner’s sugar. Using an electric mixer, beat the fudge until it is smooth and thick.
Place in a greased baking dish. When the mixture is cold enough to touch, roll it into a log shape with a spatula, wrap it in plastic wrap, and store it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
To serve, cut into slices. Enjoy!
