Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks), room temperature
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 ⅓ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preparation:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and smooth. Then, mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and pistachio pudding mix.
  3. In a separate small bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
