Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until it’s crispy, which should take about 7 minutes.
  3. Drain the bacon grease from the skillet and place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb any remaining grease.
  4. In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, add the olive oil, diced chicken (which should still be raw at this point), and Ranch dressing mix. Seal the bag and give it a good shake to thoroughly coat the chicken.
  5. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until it is no longer pink.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water until it is al dente. Once cooked, drain the water and transfer the pasta to the greased baking dish.
  7. Add the cooked chicken and Alfredo sauce to the pasta, mixing everything together.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, along with the cooked bacon, over the top of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake until it becomes bubbly and the cheese is melted. This should take around 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the dish from the oven and serve your mouthwatering Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole!
