Ingredients:

  • 4 large Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
  3. Add the potato wedges in the bowl and toss them gently until all the wedges are coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle the freshly shredded Parmesan cheese over the baked potato wedges and return them to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
