Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs carne picada meat
  2. 1 lb raw shrimp deveined and tails off
  3. 2 packs uncle Ben’s Spanish ready rice
  4. Sour cream
  5. Guacamole (see my recipe)
  6. Pico de Gallo (see my recipe)
  7. 2 packets sazon
  8. Juice of 4 limes
  9. 1 teaspoon adobo
  10. 1-6 pack xl burrito sized flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1Heat skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil. Add in shrimp and steak meat, lime juice, sazon and adobo and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Step 2Heat rice as directed.
  3. Step 3Assemble those big burritos ! And place in a large skillet to get each side golden brown and crispy! Enjoy!
