*Ingredients:

•2 cups milk •1 cup shredded coconut •4 eggs •1 teaspoon vanilla extract •1/2 cup all-purpose flour •7 tablespoons butter •3/4 cup sugar

*Directions:

In a mixing dish, combine the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter, and sugar.
Pour into a pie pan that has been buttered and floured.
Top with nutmeg and a little additional coconut.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Refrigerate until well chilled.
