Nothing gets your tummy grumbling like a wonderful rotisserie chicken and stuffing casserole recipe. This recipe is the ideal combination of delicious and comforting, making it ideal for any occasion.

It’s the ideal weeknight dinner that will please and satisfy the entire family.

1 package of Stove Top stuffing mix (or more, if desired)
1 cooked and shredded whole chicken
14 cup butter 1 12 cup water or chicken broth
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 diced onion
1 tin creamed chicken soup
12 cup creamed mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Casserole with Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing:

Preheat the oven to 350°F and gently coat a 9-by-13-inch baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium saucepan, bring the water (or chicken broth) to a boil. Once the liquid has boiled, add the stuffing mix.
Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and set aside. When finished, fluff with a fork.
Heat the butter in a skillet and add the onion and celery, cooking until softened.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soups and sour cream. Layer the shredded chicken on the bottom of the baking dish, followed by the onions and celery.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the soup mixture on top of the onion and celery.
Place the stuffing mixture on top.
1 hour, or until bubbling and browned.
