Ingredients
I diced 112 pounds of russet potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
A pound of smoked sausage, sliced.
2 Tbsp. Of olive oil.
½ Tsp.Of seasoned salt.
½ Tsp. Of Italian Seasoning.
12 big red bell pepper.
12 big green bell pepper.
A tiny onion, diced.
season with black pepper to taste For garnish, use shredded parmesan cheese.
Making Fried Potatoes, Onions, and Smoked Polish Sausage:

Sauté the onion in a large pan with a generous spoon of butter over medium heat until transparent.
Second, soften the onion in a saucepan. Remove the onion from the pan and set it aside.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil until the butter is melted, then add the remaining ingredients. Combine the potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
After that, cover and cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly, or until the veggies are softened.µ
Cook for a further 10 minutes after adding the sausage. In a large skillet, sauté the onions and peppers until the peppers are tender and crisp.
Finally, if using, add parmesan cheese on top.
COOKING NOTE: If you want a crisper sausage, fry it in a separate pan over medium-high heat while the potatoes are cooking.
