INGREDIENTS
three to four medium zucchini
1/2 white onion and 2 tomatillo bacon
1 shredded sharp cheddar cheese block
Almond oil, grated Parmesan cheese
a third of a butter stick
Pepper, salt, and clove powder
Oregano
INSTRUCTION

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a skillet over low heat, begin frying the bacon. I barely had three slices of bacon left, therefore the full package will be consumed.
▢ Cut the tomato, onion, and zucchini into slices. Layer the zucchini in a 9 x 13 baking dish, covering the bottom completely. Season the zucchini with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil. 4-5 pats of butter should be placed on top of the zucchini. A tomato slice is layered on top of a quarter onion slice.
▢ When the bacon has done cooking, crumble it. Add a layer of crumbled bacon after the veggie layers. Then, evenly divide the shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the bacon. My mine was just ripped on the plate. Repeat the layers as shown above.

On top of the final layer of sharp cheddar cheese, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Cover with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes more, or until the cheese is browned and the vegetables are tender. Enjoy as a main course or as a side dish.
