Ingredients:

2 cups regular flour

1 peeled and finely chopped ripe apple

1 quart of vegetable oil

1 cup dark brown sugar, packed

1 granulated sugar cup

1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

two huge eggs

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

a tsp vanilla extract

a half teaspoon baking powder

a half teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

Prepare your oven by preheating it to 350°F. To prevent your cake from sticking, lightly oil a 9-inch round cake pan.

Wet Mix: Whisk together the eggs and oil in a mixing basin. While whisking, combine the cinnamon, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until blended.

Dry Mix: Add the flour, then the salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gently combine, but make sure there are no dry pockets.

mix in the Goodies: Gently mix in the chopped apples and walnuts, making sure they’re uniformly distributed throughout the batter.

Baking: Spread the batter evenly in a prepared baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a tester or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow your cake to cool for around 15 minutes after it has been prepared to perfection. Cut it into wedges and serve it! Enjoy the lovely combination of apple and cinnamon in every bite.
