Tm5 preparations:
I peeled my onions, sliced them in half, peeled my garlic cloves, degermed them, and blended everything in a thermomix bowl for 5 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides and heat for 5 minutes/90°C/speed 1.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips. Place them in the cooking basket until it is full.
Remove the onions and place them in the bottom of the gratin dish, no need to rinse the bowl, add the water and bouquet garni, add the simmering basket, and cook for 25 minutes/Varoma/Speed 1.
When the bell rings, place half of the potatoes on top of the onions, then top with sausage pieces cut into slices and sprinkle with a few shavings of sliced with a peeler.
