Ingredients
2-4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 minced garlic cloves
four tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 500°F and oil a casserole dish lightly. I laid down a sheet of tinfoil first, then sprayed it with cooking spray, which made cleanup much easier.
Sauté the garlic in a small sauté pan with the oil until soft. Take the pan off the heat and mix in the brown sugar.
Cover the chicken breasts with the garlic and brown sugar mixture in the prepared baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 15-30 minutes, uncovered.
