2 pounds carne asada * 1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tablespoons canola oil 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
1 serrano pepper, thinly sliced
12 diced Roma tomatoes
12 thinly diced white onion
dos equis beer, 6-8 oz.
32 tortillas for street tacos
12 cup chopped white onion for garnish
12 cup chopped cilantro for garnish

Mix the cumin, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together and coat the carne asada with it. Cut into strips and then dice. Mix the meat with the serrano pepper, tomato, onion, and beer in a big plastic bag or covered bowl. Allow at least 15 minutes, but up to 1 hour, to marinate.
Heat the canola oil in a big skillet over medium high heat, then add the entire marinated mixture and cook, stirring regularly, until all the liquid has evaporated and the pork is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Serve in street taco corn tortillas with the onion and cilantro on top.
