Cook the meatloaf for 40 minutes at 375°F, uncovered. Bake for a further 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Cooking time should be increased if using a smaller loaf pan than 9′′x5′′.

Is it okay to bake meatloaf on a baking sheet?
Bake meatloaf on a baking sheet for crisper edges. Make a self-made pan with edges out of foil to catch the drippings from the meatloaf while it bakes. Form the meatloaf and wrap it with foil. Proceed with the baking directions. NOTE: The baking time will differ significantly depending on the form and thickness of the meatloaf.

Ingredients for meatloaf: 2 lbs of beef, 85% or 90% lean
1 medium sliced onion
two huge eggs
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tablespoons ketchup
3 tbsp freshly chopped fresh parsley
a third of a cup Panko breadcrumbs
a third of a cup of milk
12 teaspoon salt, or to taste
12 teaspoon Italian seasoning
14 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 teaspoon ground paprika
Sauce for Meatloaf Ingredients:
ketchup, 3/4 cup
12 teaspoon white vinegar
2 12 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 teaspoon onion powder
14 teaspoon ground black pepper
14 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a 9″x5″ loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large mixing bowl. To mix, integrate everything thoroughly.
Add the meat to the loaf pan, gently press it down and shape it uniformly, and bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes at 375°F.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the sauce ingredients. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Allow meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with the pan’s baking juices.
