First you will need 3 chicken breasts, 1 can of Rotel, 1 can of corn, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of white beans, onion powder, chili powder, cumin and a packet of ranch seasoning.

The recipe is full of taste with rich ingredients and teens will appreciate it because they can eat it up straight after they get back from school! If you are not in any hurry I recommend cooking this on low for 6-8 hours. If time is scarce this can be cooked on high for 4-6 hours!

1 washed and drained can of black beans
1 white bean can
1 can uncooked corn
1 Rotel can, undrained
1 pound ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 pound (8 ounces) mild cream cheese
2 breasts of chicken

Instructions
Place the chicken at the bottom of the crock pot, followed by the entire can of corn, rotel, black beans, and white beans. Seasonings and ranch mix should be sprinkled on top. Mix everything together. Top with cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, covered with a lid. Cream cheese should be mixed into the chili. Shred the chicken using two forks. Stir everything together and serve.
