Recipe: Turkey and Ranch Club Wraps

Yield: 6 wraps Prep Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 8 slices precooked bacon
  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey deli meat
  • 4 slices American or Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Romaine lettuce, 1 to 2 leaves per wrap

Instructions:

  1. Place the tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Spread 2 to 3 tbsp of Ranch dressing over the surface of each tortilla.
  3. Cover the dressing with 4 slices of sliced turkey on each tortilla.
  4. Place 2 slices of bacon on top of the turkey.
  5. Cover the bacon with 1 slice of cheese.
  6. Add 1 or 2 leaves of Romaine lettuce.
  7. Place slices of tomato on top of the lettuce.
  8. Fold the ends of the tortilla up over the ingredients on the edges.
  9. Roll the tortilla lengthwise.
  10. The wrap can now be sliced, if desired, or eaten as a full rolled wrap.
