Enchilada Lasagna

Instructions

  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining refried beans, tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
