Eagle Brand Magic Cookie Bars

Remember those indulgent treats from your childhood? The ones that always brought a smile to your face? For me, one of those treats is the Eagle Brand Magic Cookie Bars. They are rich, gooey, and incredibly easy to make. Let me share with you the simple recipe that will transport you back to those blissful days.

What I love about this recipe is that it requires only a handful of ingredients – six, to be exact. You probably have most of them in your pantry right now! All you need is graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, chocolate chips, coconut, chopped nuts, and sweetened condensed milk.

To begin, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, and press them into the bottom of a baking dish. Then drizzle the sweetened condensed milk on top, followed by a generous sprinkling of chocolate chips.

Next, add a layer of coconut and chopped nuts. I usually use walnuts, but if you’re feeling adventurous, try pecans or even macadamia nuts for a tropical twist!

Pop the dish into the oven and witness the magic unfold right before your eyes. The crust solidifies, while the chocolate chips melt and mingle with the ooey-gooey condensed milk. The coconut and nuts sink in, creating a warm and soft mixture with distinct textures. It’s pure heaven in every bite.

These Eagle Brand Magic Cookie Bars are not an everyday treat, but they are definitely worth the indulgence. They bring back the sweet nostalgia of childhood and provide a moment of pure bliss.
