This delicious and simple Pecan Pie Bark is perfect for gift giving. You should produce numerous batches.

Have you begun planning what you want to create for the holidays? I’m not sure about you, but I construct a list, then prioritize it… toughest to easiest, time-consuming to shortest, family recipes, gift recipes, etc… Before I realize it, I’m completely swamped and running out of time.

This week has been exhausting in and of itself. Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away from cancer, and I’ve been preparing and baking meals to deliver to my husband Don’s family. I was thinking about something sweet to make to go with salty cuisine. Pecan Pie Bark suddenly came to mind. I can’t believe I didn’t think of posting this recipe sooner, especially because it’s perfect for the holidays. It’s quick and simple to prepare, but SO… delicious and addictive!

You won’t believe how quickly and easily Pecan Pie Bark comes together. Preparation time is five minutes, cooking time is five minutes, and baking time is ten minutes. DONE!!

And the flavor, oh my goodness! Crunchy nuts with a creamy praline filling poured over graham crackers. Scrumptious!! Addicting!!
You will require:

2 sticks of butter.
1 cup white sugar.
1 ¼ cups of pecan halves.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
2 packets of honey graham crackers (12 sheets).

How to:

Line a jelly roll sheet with foil and evenly distribute the graham crackers.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring the butter and sugar to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Cook for 2 minutes after adding the pecans and vanilla.
Pour the heated mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes right away.
Allow it cool before breaking the graham cracker barks into pieces and storing them.

Simple, delicious, and simple! I adore these mini pecan pie barks because they are easy to create and can be stored for as long as you have them! That is, if you don’t eat it all! Try it out and let me know what you think.
