Are you looking for a delicious and healthy salad option that is perfect for potlucks, parties, or any occasion? Look no further! Our Loaded Broccoli Cauliflower Salad is insanely delicious, light, and low carb. Packed full of bacon and cheese, this incredible salad will satisfy your taste buds without weighing you down.

A Salad That Everyone Will Love!

This incredible salad takes only a few simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. It’s light, delicious, and the perfect side dish for BBQ type foods like grilled steak, grilled chicken, cheeseburgers, or hot dogs. Trust us, it’s a crowd-pleaser!

Easy to Make and Store

This is one of my all-time favorite Summer salads to make when I want something that tastes incredibly delicious but is low in carbs and still very filling. Plus, it’s super easy to throw together. You can even make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Talk about convenient!

Let the Flavors Meld Together

While this easy salad can be served right away, I always prefer to let it sit in the fridge for a few hours prior to serving. This allows all of the flavors to meld together and creates an even more delicious taste experience. Trust me, it’s worth the wait!

Customize to Your Preference

I used a combination of Greek yogurt and mayo for this salad, but you can customize it to your liking. If you want a more indulgent salad, you can use all mayo. If you’re looking to save a few calories, you can use all Greek yogurt or even sour cream. The choice is yours!

Healthier Version Option

If you’re trying to make a healthier version of this amazing salad, you can reduce the amount of bacon. It will still have a slight bacon taste to it without being totally “loaded.” But if you’re a bacon lover like me, go ahead and load it up for an extra burst of flavor!

Try it Out Today!

Don’t wait any longer to try this Loaded Broccoli Cauliflower Salad. It’s the perfect dish to bring to your next gathering or enjoy as a refreshing side with your favorite BBQ foods. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!
