You all know that I prefer meals that are quick and flavorful. Favorite recipes are those that merely take a few minutes to prepare. This berry cream cheese dip is so easy to make but so wonderful that I’m sure I’ll make it again and again.

Many foods pair well with fruit dip. The soft pretzels dipped in raspberry cream cheese are delicious, and the crisp apple slices give a wonderful crunch. Here are some ideas for making a gourmet candy bar suitable for munching this football season.

°2 cups cranberry preserves °2 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese °1 cup creamy mayonnaise
1 cup green onion (cut into cubes) 1 cup pecans (cut into cubes)
2 Ritz biscuit packages (for serving)
°Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
