  • 4 eggs * 1 glass sugar * 1 glass oil * 1 sachet vanilla * 2 glasses flour * 1 sachet baking powder * 12 glass milk or 1 vanilla flavored yoghurt
    Preparation:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar and liquid vanilla, then add the oil, yogurt or milk, and beat everything together thoroughly before adding the flour and chemical cleaning powder.
Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for about 40 minutes.

When the cake is golden brown, remove it from the oven and sprinkle it with a jam-orange blossom water mixture.
To adorn the cake, sprinkle with coconuts.
