See, these quick and easy tiny breakfast treats combine some morning staples in a seriously delightful way. Examine it out.

Take your favorite breakfast sausage, biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns and combine them all in one bowl. (There is only one dish.) You shape the mixture into balls and bake them in the oven. You may compare them to morning meatballs. And it turns out that breakfast meatballs are a fantastic idea.

Whether it’s a regular Sunday morning or you’re having visitors over for a breakfast dinner, these are sure to please. Oh, and they’re fantastic dunked in Hollandaise sauce… There has to be an egg somewhere in there!

Bites of Sausage and Hashbrowns
30 minutes to prepare, 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 pound uncooked ground breakfast sausage
8 ounces softened cream cheese
Biscuick 1 1/2 cup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 4 cups shredded frozen hashbrowns

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, cheddar cheese, and hashbrowns. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked and browned. Serve and have fun!
