INGREDIENTS:
300g (2 cups) flour
45g (1/4 cup) egg a pinch of salt and sugar
7 g dry yeast in 140 mL (3/5 cup) milk that is heated
40 g (1/4 cup) melted butter
For the ornamentation:
Whipping cream
Strawberries, granulated sugar, chopped

Step 1: Dissolve the sugar, yeast, and milk in a medium mixing dish.
Step 2: Beat the egg. Start kneading the dough with a spatula after adding the flour and salt. Then knead with your hands until you have an elastic dough.
Step 3: Knead in the softened butter until it is completely integrated into the dough.
Step 4: Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap, and let aside for an hour to rise.
Step 5: Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Allow to stand for 30 minutes, covered.
Step 6: Flatten each ball slightly and roll it back into a ball. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 7: Fry the balls in heated oil for 2-3 minutes on each side over low heat.
Step 8: Allow to cool somewhat before cutting in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Step 9: Garnish half with whipped cream and sliced strawberries, close with the other half, and serve.
