1 pound ground beef, 85/15 4 brioche hamburger buns 4 slices Provolone Cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
Toss the green bell pepper and onions with the canola oil in a mixing dish.
Cook the vegetables in a big cast iron grill or griddle pan over high heat until they’re slightly crunchy but also browned.
Remove the veggies and add the thinly sliced ribeye meat, searing on both sides until just seared.
Mix the Worcestershire sauce into the ground meat, taking care not to overwork it.
Form the ground beef into four patties, making an indent with your thumb in the center of each burger (this prevents the patty from becoming deformed).
To taste, season patties with kosher salt and pepper.
Cook the beef patties for 3 minutes on each side over high heat.

Turn the heat to low and remove the patties.
